Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
A Phase II Environmental Site Assessment
investigates areas of concern, often identified in a
Phase I ESA, in order to more clearly evaluate the
liability associated with a property. The objectives of
a Phase II ESA are to evaluate and describe site
conditions, determine the extent, type, and
concentrations of contaminants, and determine if further
investigation or remedial action is necessary.
HGA offers a full range of services in this area
including:
- Subsurface Soil Sampling
- Ground Water Sampling
- Monitoring Well Installations
- Soil Vapor Sampling
- Surface Water and Soil Sampling
- Underground Storage Tank Testing
- Contaminated Site Remediation
If contamination is found on a property, a Site
Remediation program may be necessary. Hemphill, Green &
Associates will develop the most cost effective program
utilizing appropriate technologies to achieve compliance
with oversight agency requirements in a timely manner.
